I'm Bekir — a backend developer based in Prague, specialising in API integration and backend systems. I've spent years building the plumbing that makes software actually work: the connections between services, the data flows, the reliability layer that clients never see but always depend on.

API integration is where I'm strongest. I've worked with a wide range of third-party services and internal systems — designing clean integration layers, handling edge cases properly, and making sure things don't silently fail. I take correctness seriously.

On the frontend, I'm capable and practical. I can build clean, functional web interfaces and know enough about UI to implement designs precisely — though I'm not a designer. I work best when the scope is clear.

Mobile development is where I spend personal time. I build iOS and Android apps out of genuine interest, which translates into real attention to platform conventions and user experience rather than just cross-compiling something and calling it done.

I work with startups and SMEs across Europe. Central European timezone, straightforward communication, and a preference for well-scoped projects over everything-at-once engagements.
